WORK WITH ME
Your brand already has customers. Amazon needs a plan that connects to the rest of your business. I help retail and DTC leaders decide where the channel fits, what to invest and who should lead the work.
I work with consumer brands primarily through OMG Commerce, bringing Amazon strategy and ecommerce leadership to client engagements. I also take on select independent advisory projects through Brand Coach.
Launching on Amazon
A retail footprint or a successful DTC business gives you a starting point. The next questions are commercial: are customers already looking for your brand on Amazon, who is serving them, and can you serve them profitably?
The work starts with demand, assortment, pricing across channels, inventory and the operating model. It connects the launch plan to the brand you have already built.

Growing an existing Amazon business
More advertising is one possible investment. It is not the starting assumption. I look at the business behind the account: product economics, distribution, availability, customer behavior and the team’s ability to execute.
- Understand where sales turn into contribution and where costs absorb the growth.
- Connect Amazon demand to retail activity, DTC marketing and repeat purchasing.
- Identify the decisions holding the channel back and who needs to make them.
Deciding who runs the channel
An internal team, an agency and a reseller take on different responsibilities. The right arrangement depends on the capabilities you have, the work you want to retain and the economics of the agreement.
My role is to connect channel strategy with commercial decisions and team accountability. Scope and responsibilities are agreed around the brand’s needs.

Experience on both sides of the table
My career spans building in-house ecommerce teams at consumer brands and working with brands through OMG Commerce. A background in reinsurance and an MBA in finance and risk management shape how I look at growth, investment and the cost of getting a decision wrong.
