SIGNATURE TALKS

Three conversations that move the thinking forward.

01 / Founders, CMOs, ecommerce leaders and finance teams

Amazon growth. Built around your bottom line.

Revenue can grow while the business gets weaker. This session shows leaders how to connect pricing, distribution, advertising and product economics, starting with account-level contribution and working down to product groups, parent ASINs and SKUs. Audiences leave with a practical framework for deciding where the next growth investment belongs.

What your audience takes away

  • Read account-level contribution before making SKU-level decisions.
  • Distinguish the products you advertise from the products customers buy.
  • Evaluate the next dollar of investment against its likely contribution and payback.

02 / Brand founders, growth marketers, CMOs and commercial leaders

Your most valuable customer may not be your first-order winner.

A profitable first order is only one part of customer economics. This session explores how repeat purchasing, retention and acquisition payback change the decisions brands make about growth. Luba explains how to use customer value responsibly, separating observed behavior from forecasts and revenue from contribution.

What your audience takes away

  • Use customer cohorts to understand repeat behavior over a defined period.
  • Connect retention and contribution to acquisition payback.
  • Recognize where incomplete data makes lifetime-value projections unreliable.

03 / Brand leaders, retail and ecommerce teams, and industry associations

AI is changing discovery. Who is making the business decisions?

AI is changing how shoppers ask questions, compare products and discover brands. This session connects those changes to the practical work of product information, brand positioning and commercial measurement. Luba gives leaders a way to evaluate AI initiatives by the decisions they improve and the outcomes they can demonstrate.

What your audience takes away

  • Identify gaps between customer questions and the product information you provide.
  • Choose measurable commercial outcomes before adopting another AI tool.
  • Keep human accountability in decisions about claims, pricing and investment.
